Sweepstakes Dates: The Catchin’ Bass and Cuttin’ Grass Giveaway Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on April 1, 2010 4/1 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on 7/31/10 (the “Promotion Period”).
Who is Eligible: To enter, you must be a legal resident of the United States, permanently reside in the state of New Hampshire, Vermont, Maine, Massachusetts, Connecticut, or Rhode Island, and be 21 years of age or older. Employees, officers, directors and agents of Lawn Equipment Parts Company (“LEPCO”) ("Sponsor"), American Hole 'n One ("Administrator"), Adventure Advertising, Exmark, the Charlie Moore Outdoors television show, New England Sports Network (“NESN”), and each of their respective parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers, advertising and promotion agencies and any and all other companies associated with the design or execution of this Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Promotion Parties”), and the members of the immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) or households, whether or not related, of any of the above, are not eligible to enter or win. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void outside of New Hampshire, Vermont, Maine, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, and where prohibited by law.
How to Enter: During the Promotion Period, visit www.exmarkoutdoors.com/enter_cm.aspx and complete the online entry form in its entirety, according to the provided instructions. All entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. ET on 7/31/10 to be eligible. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means will be void. A valid email address and phone number are required to enter. Limit one (1) entry per person, per email address and per phone number for the entire Promotion Period. Entries by any means which subvert the entry process will be void. Entrants must complete all required information on the entry form to be eligible. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.
